The Doon was such an amazing place to stay offering more activities than we could possibly imagine! It allowed us to stay at Bonnie Doon in near luxury.

Offering spectacular views to wake up to & stunning rooms to unwind in. The rustic design of the home complemented the rich & overwhelming beauty of the natural wildlife around us. It has definitely been our best holiday home, undefeated!

The Doon is an enjoyable place to stay! It has a lot of things to keep you busy whether it is throwing darts or jumping on the trampoline. I also loved the views & the wildlife that you could spot on evening walks. The lake was one of the best places to skip stones with its flat smooth surface.

Overall The Doon was a place that we could call home! Thank you!

The Doon was an amazing place for holidays! We all had so much fun! There were lots of different activities indoors & outdoors. There was an amazing view to wake up to & I really suggest that you roast marshmallows outside by the campfire.

We had such an amazing stay at the Doon. The place was so clean & very easy to relax & make yourself at home. We loved the views, firepit & location. We did a Mt Buller day trip - we skied & snowboarded all day & were back at the Doon for dinner - perfection!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Doon, despite it being a bit cool for the lake or the pool the kids and the adults were kept entertained all weekend with all else the house and surrounding areas had to offer. We had a lovely lunch at the Pub on rec from property owners before checking in and a trip to Mansfield was lovely to break up our stay.

Definitely was a challenging hike to the top of the nearest mountain to see the amazing view!

Can’t wait to come back in summer as well.

The fire pit was a huge hit. And the indoor log fire kept the house cosy all night long.

The description does not do it justice - it is a truly amazing property with plenty of room and lots of activities for large groups.

The property was immaculate upon arrival and all the amenities needed for cooking up a storm.

The beds were so comfortable that many of us are now thinking of upgrading our own! Like sleeping on a cloud!

We hope to return in the near future and would highly recommend.

We had the most amazing weekend at "The Doon"! I couldn't recommend this place more highly. The location, facilities and surroundings made it for the perfect weekend. Saturday night around the fire pit, tennis, basketball, trampoline and pool made for so many memories both adults and kids will be talking about for a long time. The owners communication and friendliness were fantastic. 6 families all had a brilliant weekend and will be telling everyone they know about how great this property is. We will be back!
